Use direct-channel media (experimental) — tunnels audio/video/chat through the same Noise_IK-encrypted Agent-Fabric channel instead of WebRTC/ICE; no STUN/TURN needed, higher latency. Only take calls/chats from contacts — anyone else lands in Requests instead of ringing right away.

Blocked emails are silently declined — never rings, never shows up in Requests either. Unblocking puts them back in your contact list (it does not, by itself, restore login access if that was also revoked).

Someone can also mint a call offline with ct-video-call-grant <your_holder_pub> <their_holder_pub> (pure local signing, keys never leave their machine) and hand you back a full ?ws=&grant=&holderPriv=&noisePriv=&role= link — opening it drops you straight into a call.
